Devon & Cornwall Police commissioned the construction of a new state-of-the-art building at Middlemoor Police Headquarters in Exeter to provide modern facilities for their operational and administrative teams. As part of this development, MEC Facilities Ltd was appointed to deliver parts of the mechanical installation package at the operational Hubs, modern offices and meeting spaces, ensuring the new facility benefited from efficient, sustainable, and resilient building services.

For the past seven years, MEC Facilities Limited has been the trusted Facilities Management provider for Senate Court, a prominent multi-tenanted office building in Exeter’s central business district. Our partnership began with four years working alongside Vickery Holman, the appointed property consultants, delivering day-to-day maintenance and compliance services. Following this, we have spent three years working directly with the building owner, continuing to ensure the smooth running of all building systems, the comfort and safety of occupants, and the protection of the landlord’s asset value.
